For this stunning townhouse in London’s Holland Park neighbourhood, our team handled full interior architecture and design, covering all interior detailing, furnishings and accessorising.

Our client envisioned a colourful interior that would reflect her personality and experiences, particularly her time spent working in Japan. Drawing inspiration from her collection of vintage Japanese obi fabrics, we built vibrant colour schemes and transformed the obis into custom cushions and artwork, infusing the space with personal significance.
In addition to the obis, we incorporated Japanese chiyogami paper, using it to create bespoke wallpaper and personalised stationery, adding another layer of detail and individuality to the design.
One of the project's notable challenges was sourcing the perfect sofa that balanced design and comfort. This involved an extensive search, with both our client and team testing many options until we landed on the ideal choice.
The home’s tall, narrow structure required innovative design solutions to optimise the compact spaces without making them feel cramped. The final result is a cohesive and inviting home that perfectly captures our client’s eclectic style.
Beyond the major design elements, our client entrusted us with sourcing China crockery, glassware and accessories. The process was so personal and collaborative that we joked it felt like creating a wedding registry together.
The most rewarding aspect of this project was the strong relationship we built with our client. Her satisfaction with the final result has led to ongoing collaborations over the years, a testament to the trust and rapport we established.
